

In a final development, Bybit has been removed from the Black List of France Authority for Martes (AMF), confirmed an manager of the company. The platform had been on the black list since May 2022 for having failed to comply with local regulations.
The CEO of Bybit, Ben Zhou, announced on February 14 that the exchange has been working with the French regulator for more than two years to resolve compliance problems and is now working to guarantee a regulatory license for the crypto-wested markets (Mica ) for the European Union.

The exchange is still faced with regulatory challenges internationally. In Malaysia, the securities regulator ordered the use of stopping operations and in India, it had to suspend its services due to the regulatory pressure.
