- Google has developed a new compact screen bottom to interact with Gemini Live.
- This line may contain the button that will activate Gemini Live’s version of Circle to search.
- Google also seems to consider caption controls for the overlay.
Google has a lot to happen right now in terms of Gemini Live and we are not just talking about All the new app extensions We’ve seen the app that gets us ready to support. In the past few months, we have tracked the efforts of development across a number of fronts, from Live’s support to Circle to search style screen Input dataIn order to implement a compact new overlay interface. When we get ready for them to make their public debut, we have revealed some further details about what we can expect.
Ease APK Demolition Helps predict features that may come to a service in the future based on work code. However, it is possible that such predicted functions may not come to a public release.
For both of these we look at 16.25.44.sa.arm64 Beta release of Google’s Android app. Although we have not yet discovered Circle to search for branding alive (an early appearance contained a “Circular screen“Label), it seems clear that Google is working on something that is at least functionally equal. Last time we were able to surface an early interface in the form of a liquid action button (FAB) with the icon of a pen.
If you thought Sole Fab looked a little crazy, you didn’t get wrong, and this new Ui -Google seems to pursue feels like it makes a lot more sense. Here we have been able to activate it with some form of it in the development overlay, where the presence looks more appropriate. We also observe that the behavior feels a little more correct now when it is selected, highlighting the icon instead of using that strike we saw last time.
You may have already noticed the other new development we highlight today, with a Caption Now the overlay is located. This location is a little difficult, instead of putting it down the bar with the rest of our controls, but things get a little cozy in there.
Once you have resident captions when using Gemini Live, their presence will persist even if you minimize the overlay and caption, just how we want to see. Really, if Google can only find out a smarter place to put that control, this feels like it should be in good shape.
Right now, none of these adjustments are yet publicly available to Android users, but they offer our best look at the Gemini Live direction on the way, if Google finally follows through developments.
