- T-Mobile offers subscribers to selected postpaid plans a free one year DOORDASH DASHPASS subscription via the T-LIFE app.
- There is conflicting information about qualified plans between public common issues and customer service.
- Subscribers whose plans are listed in FAQ, but do not see that the offer can contact T-Mobile for a potential bill credit.
T-Mobile has rolled out an offer through the T-Life app so that subscribers can get a Free Years with Doordash DashPass. This is a pretty sweet deal, especially if you often order, as this freebie will otherwise cost you $ 120 a year (but you won’t get the ad-supported MAX subscription here). While freebie is promised to subscribe to most T-Mobile plans, it was not immediate clarity that the plans are qualified. Now we know which T-Mobile plans are qualified for this Dashpass offer, but unfortunately there is still some confusion.
T-MOBILES FAQ page on dashpass Perk Displays the plans qualified for the DashPass benefit. Only certain T-Mobile postpaid plans are eligible for the DashPass offer, namely:
- Experience beyond
- Experience more
- Go5g next
- Go5g plus
- Magenta max
- T-Mobile one with a+
- Go5G (with at least two lines)
- Magenta (with at least two lines)
- Magenta Plus (with at least two lines)
- T-Mobile One (with at least two lines)

T-Mobile plans qualified for free dash pass perk, listed on T-Mobiles FAQ
If your plan is not mentioned on the list above, T-Mobile says you will not see the DashPass offer in your T-Life app.
However, some users noticed that their plan was listed, but they still did not see the DashPass offer in the T-Life app. These users contacted the carrier through T-Force and got a credit of $ 96 on the bill, as FAQ does not specify voting lines explicitly.
Customer service appear to use another list To check qualifying, with the following plans qualified for the offer:
- Experience beyond
- Experience more
- Go5g next
- Go5g plus
- Magenta Max (with at least one active line of voice)
- Magenta Plus (with at least one active line of voice)
- Magenta (with at least two active voice lines)
- T-Mobile One (with at least two active voice lines)
- T-Mobile one with a+ (with at least two active voices)
We have contacted T-Mobile to clear out this deviation, and we update the article as we learn more. If your plan is not listed in any list, you can be sure you will not get the offer. If your plan is listed in the public common questions, contact T-Mobile for clarity and possibly some credit.
Note that dash passes just cut some of the fees at Doordash, not all of them. Delivery tips are also excluded. On the back, you still save money per order, which is great since you don’t pay anything extra for this saving advantage other than already being a T-Mobile subscriber on these plans. If you connect the Doordash to your Lyft account, you can also get a 5-10% discount on rides and occasional free upgrades.
T-Mobils FAQ page says that the DashPass subscription will automatically renew for $ 96 per year unless you cancel, but the carrier promises another redemption window in July 2026 to keep free dash passes.
If you are interested in your benefit, check your T-Life app to redeem it for this year to August 4, 2025. If you already have dash pass, this benefit will give you a 12-month free trial period that starts immediately, while your account is repaid for a pre-determined amount from your existing dash pass. However, you may lose additional benefits that came with your paid subscription, as they may not be included in the freebie subscription.
