How do you activate wireless account locks on AT&T?

You can turn wireless account lock at any time by using the Myat & T app. The app needs to be installed on a device active on your wireless account. You will also receive an e -mail in your primary account when turning off wireless accounts on or off. Here’s how to turn on the feature:

• Open the Myat & T app
• Select Services
• Choose mobile security, then scroll to wireless account lock
• Choose Continue
• Select the account you want to lock or unlock
• Swipe to lock or unlock the account
