Google’s branding is often quite consistent-some times frustrating, like when you scroll about the app drawer on a new pixel phone and all these rainbow-colored icons begin to interfere with each other. The nitpick aside, the appearance of the rainbow has earned Google well over the years, and in 2025 we have seen the company start experimenting with a New gradient approach To that. Over the past few weeks, we have tracked Google’s development efforts with Gemini, and discovered a few early cases of some new brands for the service’s logo.
