Nintendo Switch 2 Pre -orders are live in the United States: where you can buy

After weeks of delays, tariff drama and plenty of speculation, Nintendo Switch 2 Is finally up for pre -order. As of today, April 24, fans in the US can lock in their console orders on Goal,, Best buy,, Gamestopand Walmart. Of this list, advance orders have already started on Target and Best Buy, with Gamestop and Walmart, which is expected to start pre -orders every minute now.

This long -awaited launch follows a Rocky roll -out earlier this month, when Nintendo’s plans were derailed by the US government’s sudden announcement of import tariffs. The resulting financial uncertainty forced Nintendo to stop the pre -ordering window, leaving the fans in Limbo for a while when prices and accessibility were reassessed. But now, after being widespread from the US government, Nintendo seems safe enough to move on with the Switch 2 pre-orders.

Retailers offer Switch 2 on the previously confirmed price points: $ 450 for the basic model, or $ 500 for the limited Mario Kart World package. Games will still be expensive, with the standalone Mario map World who sticks to the $ 80 price tag and the new Donkey Kong adventure set to $ 70.

However, accessories have not escaped the fall from the root of the tariff. As we reported earlier, Nintendo rolls out small increases across the line. Given the unpredictability of the current economic landscape, Nintendo has already warned that further price adjustments may be on the table. But at least at least fans can finally put down their money and get in line for one of the most awaited console launches in many years. It is probably also a good idea to move quickly – these entries are not expected to last long.
