The pictures come from people here at Android Authority as well as our readers. Everyone is free to use and get without watermarks. File formats are JPG and PNG, and we provide images in both landscape and portrait mode, so they will be optimized for different screens.

Background Wednesday: April 23, 2025
Another week, another set of fantastic Android background images you can share! Remember that we are always looking for submissions from our readers. Take a trip to the bottom of this article to find out how to have one of your photos featured in an upcoming loss on Wednesday!
With that in mind we have six fantastic pictures from our readers who want to look good on the phone, tablet or PC. As usual we also have three pictures from Android Authority team.
First we have a picture from frequent contributor A scan. Sadeeeq submitted another cool picture of a bird on a wiring shot with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra!! Then we have a nice autumn scene from reader Richard Cole, who used a Huawei Nova 5T for the catch! After that we have an incredible shot of a bee on the way to a flower. That was photographed on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Of reader Nic in Durban, South Africa. Then we have a fantastic picture of a building with a little blue sky behind him. It comes from the reader (and frequent contributor) Kradig Koka, who used a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra For the shot. After that we have a cool picture of a covered walkway from the reader Pratik Kotkar. Pratik used a HONOR MAGIC 5 PRO For it! Finally, we have a fantastic picture of a field of flowers in Alabama from reader David Brleyy. David used a Google Pixel 8 For that shot! Thank you so much for your submissions, everyone!
From Android Authority Team, we have a number of cherry flowers from Adam Birney. We also have an incredible shot of a path through some tall plants from Rita el khouri. Finally we have a great picture of a Porsche from 1961 Paul Jones.

How to submit your own Android background photos
We are very happy to see your own contributions to our loss Wednesdays. Before submitting, here are the rules:
- Your submissions should be your own creation. That means pictures you took, digital art you created, etc. Don’t submit other people’s work – it’s just not cool. Also, Do not send photos cleanly created with AI. They will not be accepted. Images you created and then reinforced with AI tools are ok.
- You must accept to leave Android Authority Share your Android background photos for free with anyone who wants them.
- We do not accept watermarked pictures. However, you will get a credit and a link in the article itself. We can only connect to your social media account.
Ready to submit? Fill out the form below. You must include the highest resolution version of the image you can give, your name and a brief description of what the image is. If you want us to link to a social media page you own in your credit, you can also state it, but it is optional.
