Samsung have slowly updated their different Good lock Apps to support a UI 7 while bringing some new features in the process. Now it looks like the One UI 7 version of the Game Booster Plus app has appeared online.

We did the irresponsible thing and downloaded the updated app. Fortunately, we can confirm that it brings several previously revealed features to Samsung phones.

First, you can now classify non-game apps like games. The Galaxy manufacturer warns that this can cause problems with some apps, but it can also be useful for apps such as emulators, which will benefit from adjusting game amplifiers. For example, I added the bleeding RPCS3 emulator to Game Booster and was able to exchange the frame amplifier option (although I can’t see if it made a big difference). Perhaps more important is adding apps to Game Booster also quick access to features such as screens, screen recording and increased rate increase.
Another previously announced feature is the ability to recreate your GamePad buttons. This addition is actually present in this new version of Game Booster Plus. A closer look reveals that Samsung lets you save your converted button configurations as individual profiles (up to four profiles). It is very useful, as you may use the standard configuration for most games, a converted configuration for a specific title, and a completely different converted configuration for some other titles.

Finally, Samsung’s updated app reaches you change specific GPU settings in games. The app gives you three texture filter quality settings (quality, performance, standard) and offers a “prans form” setting related to automatic rotation. The previous option may be useful if you try to achieve smoother games, or if you have a ceiling to increase visual images.
We assume this Game Booster Plus update will be much available for a UI 7 users in the coming days, so you should not need to download it from Shady Sources. The update also comes after several other good locking apps received updates. These updated apps include one massive overhauled home as well as the camera assistant app, which now allows you automatically Save videos on external storage.
