Google messages Offers quite sturdy search functionality, so you can filter through texts with a variety of filters. Now it looks like Google is preparing a search for an upcoming version of the app.

We dug into the latest Google messages Beta (version messages.android_20250218_01_rc00.phone.openbeta_dynamic) and discovered that Google is making a number of minor changes to the search search. We were also able to activate this new user interface. Check out the current interface in the first row of images and the adjusted user interface in the second row.
The first remarkable change is the move to reject the search filter side, with the filter buttons larger and arranged in two rows. Meanwhile, individual search results are now separated from each other thanks to a short -like design. Finally, the link search page now shows results in a bubble-like box with rounded corners compared to the more square box currently seen in the app. It is also worth noting that the search box generally has a different color compared to the current interface.
These are not major changes with any measures, but it helps to give Google messages a slightly more modern look, while the overhauled search filter side makes much better use of empty space.
