- YouTube users were temporarily unable to watch comments under videos.
- It seems that the problem affected only users on the mobile app.
- The error appears to have been resolved.
YouTube’s comment section can be a place that offers engaging conversation or feedback. At the same time, it can also be a cesspool you don’t want to do with. Either way, you expect to see comments under all the videos you watch. So when comments disappeared recently, you can probably imagine how surprising it was for YouTube viewers.
More report has appeared on Reddit Over the past day, with users who claim not to see comments on YouTube. This problem seemed to influence all types of videos, from music to news and more. It also seems that the error only affected users on the mobile app. When they were navigating to the comments section, users were met with a page saying, “No comments yet.”

It seems that YouTube was quick to address the problem, as the problem appears to be resolved. We can see comments very well on all our devices. However, this did not prevent users from coming up with a number of conspiracy theories.
Frankly, the temporary postponement of YouTube comments was a bit refreshing. This was one of these mistakes Google could have taken its sweet time to fix. Or maybe they can just bring the mistake back please.
