Topics announced the launch of three new features on Thursday. The Meta -owned social media platform now allows users to schedule posts, view individual posts insights, as well as add a creative touch to passing and sharing quotes to the platform. Although the first two features are being widely implemented, the company said the marking tool will be first introduced into selected regions before it is expanded globally. These features arrived just a month after Threads allowed users to pass images without mentioning the original post.
Threads launching new features
In one publishInstagram chief Adam Mosseri, who also supervises Threads, announced the new features that will reach the platform. He pointed out that these new features – Post Scheduling, Post Insights and Markup – aim to allow users to manage their presence on the platform.
Post-agent has been a much requested feature on the platform. So far, users could not schedule a post for a future moment. However, Threads is now solving this problem by adding the feature. The option to schedule a post can be found in the three -point menu (present in the upper right corner) of the composer screen. With this, users can now manually select the date and time they want the post to be published.

Before the post is published, it will appear in the user’s draft folder and can be edited and deleted. Gadgets 360 team members were able to locate the feature and seem to allow users to schedule posts 76 days (or two months and 17 days) in advance.
Then post insights will also be released to all thread users. Visible in both mobile and web client applications, it will allow users to see metrics such as views and interactions on each post. A new insight icon was added at the top of the profile guide. In this screen, users can select a period and play in See everything To see all posts and their insights. Users can also classify posts by views, likes or answers.

The last new feature that reaches thread users is the Markup tool. The new tool is open whenever users pass or share a post on the platform. Now allow users to add highlights, red arrows or scribbled objects to the original post to add a creative touch to it. Notably, this feature is currently available only in some countries and will probably be sent globally in the future.
